PLACING AN ORDER
Once you’ve found the piece that speaks to you, choose your size and any custom options on the product page. For rings, sizing can be tricky, but we’ve got you covered. If you’re unsure, you can use our printable ring sizing guide, or we’d be happy to send you a ring sizer to ensure you get the perfect fit.

We offer a variety of secure payment options to make your purchase simple. You can pay with major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, or choose PayPal for added convenience.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
We’re thrilled to ship worldwide, so wherever you are, we’ll make sure your Kay Konecna jewellery reaches you safely and beautifully packaged. Orders from customers in the UK and Ireland are shipped by Royal Mail Signed For delivery. Shipping is free on all orders over £150.
International orders travelling to places outside of the UK and Ireland are shipped by a courier. Shipping is free on all orders over £1,500.
All packages are insured and a signature is required upon receipt.
DUTIES & TAX
United Kingdom Customers: All prices include VAT, so there are no extra charges at checkout or at delivery.
International Customers: If you are shopping from outside of the UK, the prices are displayed without VAT. You will be charged taxes upon delivery based on your local regulations by the courier company (DHL, UPS, FedEx).
KAY KONECNA is not responsible for any duties or taxes incurred by the country that we are shipping to. The customer is responsible to pay taxes and duties upon delivery.
RETURNS
Each Kay Konecna piece is made to order and crafted with the utmost care to be truly unique to you. For this reason, we don’t accept returns or exchanges. That said, if there’s any issue with your piece upon arrival, please let us know. We’ll work closely with you to make it right, because we want you to absolutely love your jewellery.
