To find something specific browse our ‘jewellery’ section. To find inspiration and shop jewellery looks, select ‘looks’ section. Here you can browse different jewellery looks and purchase the full look or buy each of the featured items individually.

On each product page, you will find a detailed description, measurement and composition information of each item.
Below the item description, you can learn more about the way the piece of jewellery was made and what it looks like when worn. We also make suggestions on what to pair the item with to create a set and to complete a look.
How to Order
To order, select quantity and place your items in the cart.
When ordering rings, please use the form below the item description to enter your ring size. Please note, that rings in sizes not listed on the website are not eligible for refunds as the ring would be made to your specific measurement. Please email studio@kaykonecna.com for more information on sizing.
It is possible to order each Kay Konecna item in a different metal (9k, 14k, 18k gold). To enquire and order, please email studio@kaykonecna.com.
When you have placed all items in in your cart, proceed to checkout. Please enter you shipping address and your billing information and select your preferred type of postage.
We use PayPal, ApplePay and Stripe to collect payments. We accept all major debit and credit cards, including American Express.
If you are paying with a credit card, before completing your purchase you may be asked for a secondary authentication in order for your payment to be authorised. In this case, you will need to insert a one-time password, an SMS code, or another authentication method, in accordance with the established procedures of the credit card provider.
Every purchase is made with maximum security. Our website is hosted on secure servers and uses the implementation of the most advanced encryption services (SSL). We only use protected connections, as demonstrated by the "https" URL prefix and the lock symbol that appears in the browser's address bar.
After you Placed your Order
You will receive a confirmation email shortly after with the details of your order. From this time, we usually take 2-3 working days before dispatching your order using your preferred shipping method.
Once your order ships, you will receive another email with your tracking information. You can track your order status by entering your tracking information on ‘track your order’ page.
